is done at most baseball recruiting events across the country
(National level Showcases, The Area Codes, D1 College Recruiting
Camps, Showcase Tournaments i.e, Peoria Fall Classic, Rawlings
NorCal World Series and other major prospect events).
The goal of every
student athlete is to score as high as possible in the four
areas of SPARQ testing. However, often times athletes do not
show well do to a lack of training, preparation or technique.
By attending the SPARQ Baseball Training Camp, student athletes
will be prepared to test their best at this year's summer
and fall showcases and major prospect events. THE TOP FIVE
SCORES WILL BE SENT TO VARIOUS MAJOR COLLEGES!
Camp Attendees:
- Will learn
how to train specifically for SPARQ
- Will learn the
proper techniques used to maximize test scores
- Will receive
a baseball specific workout routine designed to maximize
results
Four Areas of Testing:
- Vertical Jump
- Power Ball Throw
- Shuttle Run
- 30 / 60 Yard
