Due to the popularity, limited spaces, and in fairness to all teams looking to play in our tournaments the following guidelines will be adhered to

All teams contacting Hardtke about playing in our tournaments will be listed, for the specific tournament, as interested. (Black Color)

Once a team has paid in full (Green Color) or paid a deposit (* by name) they will be placed in the tournament.

A team with a deposit (* by name) will have until 10 days before the named tournament to pay the balance, or they will lose their spot to the first team on the wait list.
**Super Series Tournaments Only: A $25.00 seasonal registration fee is required (paid to Super Series upon registration on their website}
