Due to the popularity, limited spaces, and in fairness to all teams looking to play in our tournaments the following guidelines will be adhered to
- All teams contacting Hardtke about playing in our tournaments will be listed, for the specific tournament, as interested. (Black Color)
- Once a team has paid in full (Green Color) or paid a deposit (* by name) they will be placed in the tournament.
- A team with a deposit (* by name) will have until 7 days before the named tournament to pay the balance, or they will lose their spot to the first team on the wait list.
