After Saturday games the teams are then seeded by best record. In case of a tie then the tiebreaker is: head to head, runs allowed, if still tied then by runs scored, if still tied then by run differential and finally by coin flip by tournament officials. If 3 or more teams are tied for best record then runs allowed, if 2 teams are then tied then head to head, if still tied for those 2 teams then run differential, then coin flip by tournament officials.

Run Rule
12 Runs After 3 innings
10 Runs After 4 innings
8 Runs After 5 innings
In Saturdays games: If the game is tied after the time limit then each team will receive 1/2 win/loss.
On Sunday, in the event of a tie after the time limit has expired the teams will play the "California Tie-Breaker". See explanation under Tournament Rules..
